These easy loaded nachos are the perfect one-dish family feast! Great for parties, picnics, family dinners, and so much more.
When it comes to family meal prep, I like to save time wherever I can. Don’t get me wrong, I love coking, but when I spend my days photographing food, the last thing I want is to dirty up even more dishes. Easy is my favorite word when it comes to our meals, and it doesn’t get much easier than these amazing, fully loaded sheet pan nachos! I’m sure you have heard about sheet pan meals being super trendy right now, but if you haven’t, the gist of it is to save time and dishes by making an entire family meal on a single baking sheet. Amazing, right? And so smart. I feel like I am busy all day every day, and if I can save some time AND dishes by doing something as simple as pulling out a sheet pan I am all in! I have made a few great sheet pan meals over the past few months, but my first one ever is probably my favorite: Family style nachos! Read on for the full recipe, and then kick back and do something relaxing with all the time you are going to save on cleanup!
Here is what you need for the nachos:
- 1 bag restaurant style tortilla chips
- 1/2 can black beans, drained
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese or mixed Mexican cheese
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime
- Cilantro to taste
- 1 tsp cumin
- Melted queso blanco cheese
- Fresh sliced jalapeños – optional
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Spread out a layer of chips on a large baking sheet. Next, mix together your beans, cumin, and taco seasoning, then sprinkle them all over your chips.
Add corn and cheese, then bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, add on layers of tomato, onion, avocado, cilantro, and jalapeños.
Return to oven for 5 minutes, and while they are cooking, melt your queso cheese in the microwave for 1 minute. Take nacho sheet out of the oven, drizzle cheese all over the top, and serve family style!
