The Nuby Flip-it Top Gator Grip is a great heavy duty straw cup designed for toddlers on-the-go. Having a toddler myself, I’ve gone through so many different cups that I am pretty sure I’ve seen it all. From cups that leak to tops that won’t stay on, there are a lot of duds out there! There are brands I won’t waste my money on no matter what new cup they come out with and there are brands I stay loyal to because I know I can count on them. Among all of the brands I’ve tried, Nuby is consistently one of my top choices.
The Nuby Flip-it Top Gator Grip is made of sturdy BPA free plastic and comes in cool contrasting colors. With great features and a hefty 15oz capacity it’s hard to be disappointed! Judah is notoriously rough with his cups (known to throw them across the room at any given moment) and this one stands up to everything he can put it through. The hard plastic top screws on tightly enough that it won’t leak (even when lost in the bottom of a diaper bag) and the straw folds down when not in use so it won’t spill when he shakes it upside down.
One of coolest features of this cup for me is the loop at the top of the lid. I am always in need of an extra hand (or six) and with this lid I don’t have to worry about carrying one more thing – I just clip it onto my diaper bag strap using a carabiner or one of my daughter’s toy links and we are ready to go. No fishing in bags or searching for a cup holder, when Judah is ready for it I just unclip it.
What really sets this cup apart from the rest is the Gator Grip surface that helps keep it from slipping out of little hands. Judah bounces around all over the place and this soft grip panel helps keep the cup from flying into the wall or worse! It is also great for his sensory issues, he has a thing for textures and loves feeling the ridges on the sides. He’s crazy about the colors, they are bright, fun and just his style. This has got to be the coolest cup around!

I try to stay away from straw cups now because my 2yr old chews on them worse now than she ever did! Otherwise it looks cool
