Wrapeaze is a hit at any age! (Back to school giveaway)

September 1, 2012 by Jess MillionMoments

The Wrapeaze is a piece of cool weather gear that’s great for the whole family.  With the coverage of a jacket and the simplicity of a blanket it helps take the stress out of busy winter mornings.  It is simple, easy to put on and is oh so cozy. (not to mention cute!)

If you have kids you’ll know how this goes.  You’ve got to be in the car in an hour.  You map out your time thinking you’re doing good until it’s time to walk out the door.  Oh no, it’s freezing outside!  You grab your coats and that’s when things start going downhill.  You have to bundle your kids up, get them to the car, wrestle with getting car seat straps over a bulky jacket and somehow manage to still be on time.  How long does it take to get YOUR kids ready?  Fifteen minutes?  Twenty?  I know for me it’s long enough to make us late.  With school starting around the country it’s easy to see the need for outerwear that saves time, and the Wrapeaze does just that.  It’s a simpler version of a poncho.  You just throw it over your shoulders, attach the velcro and go!  It comes in sizes to fit the whole family, and fifteen different colors/prints!  We were sent an extra small hooded Wrapeaze in Turquoise.

I LOVE the color!  It is made of 100% fleece and has adorable ears on the hood.  The body is a single layer of fleece and the hood is a double layer.  The velcro seems really sturdy (great for toddlers) and the edges are serged to prevent fraying.
Kaia is 2.5 months old and 12 pounds.  Doesn’t she look adorable?  I love that I can strap her in the car seat and just drape it over her when It’s time to go.  I also don’t have to worry about her overheating.  I remember last winter when Judah was still an infant that was the trickiest thing about traveling.  I would put him in a big jacket, run out to the car, take the jacket off and quickly strap him in while the car was heating up.  Or have the jacket on under the car seat straps (not advised) and freeze the whole trip because he would get too hot with the heat on.  Not fun!  With the Wrapeaze I can take it off whenever without disturbing her.

This isn’t only good for traveling, but hanging out as well.  Judah loves wrapping up and lounging in it.  I don’t know if it’s the cuddly fleece or that he can use it as a blanket, but the kid digs it.  Want one of your own?  Stop by their website.  You can also check them out on Facebook.
